A
candidate for election to this grade shall be not less than 18 years of
age and practicing in a supervisory role, or otherwise
interested to further their knowledge and experience in
management . There are no distinguishing letters attached to this grade
Associate
(AIMS)
Entitlement
to this grade requires not less than
five years of supervisory experiences in management, but who have not
yet assumed the higher managerial responsibilities required for Member
Members
(MIMS)
A
Member is a person who has held a management position at the manager or
more senior levels for a period not less than 5 years.
Fellows
(FIMS)
Applications
for Fellowship are accepted for those over 40 years of age with eminent
achievement and outstanding contribution to management practice or
education, and who have held an executive post at the General Manager or
Board level for a period of not less than ten years; they also posses
proven records of expertise, experience and success in determining and
implementing policies for organization of significant size, technology
and standing. The number of fellow is limited.
